How long does delivery take?
Items in our UK warehouse usually arrive in 2–7 working days. Items from our international warehouses usually take 7–17 working days. The estimate is shown at checkout.

How do I track my order?
You'll get an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery. Email support@checkmot.com with your order number and reference and we'll send you return instructions.

My item arrived damaged or faulty. What do I do?
Email support@checkmot.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Will this fit my car?
Most items are universal unless the title says otherwise. If you're unsure, email support@checkmot.com with your registration number.

How do I pay?
We accept major debit and credit cards and the payment options shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely.
