Terms of Service

These terms apply to all purchases from CheckMOT Shop (shop.checkmot.com). By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders
When you place an order you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. Your order is accepted when we dispatch it. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error; if so, we'll refund you in full.

Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery costs are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Products
We try to describe and show every product accurately. Colours may look slightly different on screen. Unless a product title says otherwise, items are universal fit; please check measurements and compatibility before ordering.

Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns
You can return items within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

Liability
We are not liable for any loss caused by incorrect fitting or use of a product. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies.

Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
