Practical tip: fit new gaskets, use anti-seize on the studs and re-torque the header after the first few heat cycles. Make sure the outlet lines up with your downpipe without strain, and check whether the header keeps the catalytic converter in place, because a car without a working cat will fail the MOT emissions test in the UK.
